eTimesheets enable you to complete and submit your timesheet for authorisation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - as long as you have access to the internet.
eTimesheets allow greater freedom, as you can clearly see the hours you are submitting. It automatically calculates weekly hours and you can add notes for the attention of your line manager.
Submitting hours will automatically alert the authorising signatory that your timesheet is awaiting approval. Once timesheets have been authorised, they will be stored electronically and archived allowing instant access should the need arise - so no need to make paper copies either.
ePay enables you to access your payslips or remittance advise online with a fully secured archive history of up to 12 months.
All our systems are set up with reference codes and passwords unique to each user, ensuring security and confidentially is maintained.
